INSTRUCTIONS TO HOLDERS OF BUILDING PERMITS
The following list is a general outline of the inspections which must be made of
your project in order to assure conformance with the NYS Uniform Fire
Prevention & Building Construction Code. Therefore, it is your responsibility
to give me notification (at least 24 hours in advance) so that these inspections
can be properly conducted. Upon final completion, you will be issued a
Certificate of Occupancy which you should retain for future reference. Note
that these inspections are for code compliance only and do. not relieve either
the contractor or owner of their traditional roles and ress nsibilities.

A. After foundation excavations are made -- before concrete is placed
