The existing structure is a hotel. The property owner is Garuda Hotels, Inc. The assessment is based on the construction drawings by Costich Engineering, dated 01/16/2023, Radio Frequency Data Sheet by Verizon Wireless, dated 01/06/2023, and site photos, dated 12/05/2022 provided by the client. The original structural building drawings were not available to Albul Engineering at the time of this assessment. The final installation consists of one (1) non-penetration antenna frame installed on the building roof. The existing antenna frame will support one (1) Galtronics GQ2418-07488 panel antenna with 41.5-ft centerline above the ground level. The proposed one (1) Samsung B2/B66A RRH ORAN unit and one (1) Samsung CBRS RRH- RT4401-48A unit will be installed on the existing frame below the antenna. The antenna will be fed by twelve (12) coax cables from the equipment. The non-penetration antenna frame is held down in place with three hundred seventy-eight(378) pounds of ballast. Looking at this installation from a structural perspective, it is an engineering judgment of this office that the installation will have acceptable impact on the vertical and horizontal loads imposed on the building structure. The building is structurally sufficient to carry the proposed Verizon Wireless equipment. No conclusions, expressed or implied, shall indicate that Albul Engineering has made an evaluation of the original design, materials, fabrication, or potential erection deficiencies. In addition, the conclusions expressed herein are based upon the information contained within the aforementioned documents. Any information contrary to that assumed for the purpose of preparing this assessment could alter the findings and conclusions as stated. Respectfully submitted by: pF NEW.44 yo P PY V.
