The property is used as a hotel or motel that fronts on a state highway. Based on our records,we issued a building permit (permit# BLD-23-29) on March 16, 2023,which is valid until March 16, 2024. A copy of the building permit has been attached to this letter. Additionally,we have a complaint (complaint # CODE-22-90) that shows violations for lack of maintaining a pool, a hot tub, and foundation issues close to rooms 105 and 107. At this time,we have reached out to Peter Doggett about the corrective actions taken but have not been provided with an update on the corrective actions. These items are the only known violations pertaining to the property in question.
