To Whom is May Concern,
The property in question is located in the Neighborhood Commercial Zone district. The property
is used as a hotel or motel that fronts on a state highway. Based on our records,we issued a building
permit (permit# BLD-23-29) on March 16, 2023,which is valid until March 16, 2024. A copy of the
building permit has been attached to this letter.
Additionally,we have a complaint (complaint # CODE-22-90) that shows violations for lack of
maintaining a pool, a hot tub, and foundation issues close to rooms 105 and 107. At this time,we have
reached out to Peter Doggett about the corrective actions taken but have not been provided with an
update on the corrective actions. These items are the only known violations pertaining to the property in
question.
