Dear Nicholas Fanelli:
The Town of Ithaca adopted legislation that requires single-family dwellings, accessory
dwelling units (ADU), and two-family dwellings that are used as short-term and/or long-term
rentals to register for a Town's operating permit. A separate operating permit is required for
each type of use. Our records indicate that the above referenced property has not registered
for a Town of Ithaca operating permit.
Please register with the Town of Ithaca operating permit program by going to
ithacany.viewpointcloud.com within the next thirty (30) days and fill out a TOI - Operating
Permit and/or Fire Safety Inspection Application. If you have any questions or would like
