The extension of Wyckoff Road running from its present terminus at the Cayuga Heights Road as now located to the Renwick Drive, The Remington Road running from the Duke Road neatli the Park Hotel, northeasterly as now located to the road running last from the Remington Salt Works. And that that portion' of said last mentioned road run- ning from the point of intersection to the Lake Road be discontinued, And the parties whose lands are affected by the lay- ing out of said roads having dedicated the requisite lands , therefor and released the town from all damages by reason of such laying out and discintinuance. Kahl,er & Company has neglected and failed to consummate its bid and failed to purchase or to tender the purchase price for the town- bonds offered for sale upon Feb. 9th., 1916, although due notice was given it so to do on or before the loth, day of April, 1916, and WHEREAS,, due notice was given the said H. A. Kahler & Company that if it neglected and failed to complete the pur. chase of said bonds, *.-by--- April loth. , 1916, its bid wounld be deemed cancelled, RESOLVED., that the bid of said H. A. Kahl er & Company for said bonds be and the same hereby is deemed withdrawn and abandoned and the suave duly cancelled, and YI ' AS, the most advantageous bid is that of the Ithaca Savings Bank, of Ithaca, N. Y.., RESOLVED, that the sale of said bonds beand the same is hereby awarded to said Ithaca Savings Bank at par and inter- est at the rate of four and one-half percent per annum. RESOLVED, that the Town of Ithaca execute one or more bonds aggregating $7500.00, to bear interest at the rate of four and one-half percent per annum,payable on the lst, day P of February of each year, $500.00 of the principal to be payable on Feb. 1st., 1917 and a like sum upon the first day of February of each succeeding year until the entire principal, sum of $7500.00 has been paid.
