Williams to Ora J. Delanoy and Ivah C. Delany, by deed dated April 2, 1931, and recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk' s Office in Liber 225 of Deeds at Page 301. The said Ora J. Delanoy died on or about April 15th, 1933, leaving the grantor as sole owner TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises, .0 HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the parties of the second part, the survivor their heirs and assigns forever.
