lormerly owned by John Diltz; thence running north on the east side of Cayuga Street, fifty
(50) feet; thence running east one-half the distance between Cayuga Street and Utica Street;
thence south fifty (50) feet to John Diltz's north line; thence west on the line of John Diltz_
to the east line of Cayuga Street at the place of beginning; being the same premises conveyed
by Neva K. Williams to Ora J. Delanoy and Ivah C. Delany, by deed dated April 2, 1931, and
recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk' s Office in Liber 225 of Deeds at Page 301. The said
Ora J. Delanoy died on or about April 15th, 1933, leaving the grantor as sole owner
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first
part in and to said premises,
.0 HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the parties of the second part, the
survivor their heirs and assigns forever. This conveyance is made subject to a mortgage on
said premises held by the Ithaca oavings and Loan Association for $3000, which s.id mortgage
the grantees herein assume and agree to pay according to its terms and the rules and regulations
of said Association, as pact of the consideration.
AND said Ivah C. Delanoy covenants as follows:
FIRST. That the parties of the second part shall quietly enjoy the said premises;
SECOND. That said Ivan C. Delanoy will forever WARRANT the title to said premises.

claim unto the party of the second part, its successors and assigns, a right of way to lay
water pipes and to maintain, operate, repair, re-1,y and remove said pipes over, across and
trough lands in the 'Town of i--haca, County of Tompkins and otate of New York lying within
the line of the Ithaca-lrumansburg Highway, County Highway #616 adjacent to lands of the
grantor herein abutting on said highway; and for such purposes the party of the sec,c,d part
shall have reasonable right of access thereto.
