Gloria Jane Catlin and Barbara May Catlin, dated September 19. 1940 recorded in the Tompkins
County Clerk's pffie a in Book 257 of Deeds at page 253 , and the sail Carl Rod and Elsie Root

THIS IS A DEED OF CORRECTION, given to correct the
aforesaid original deed (277 Deeds 277) and the Resolution therefor
adopted by the Town Board on September 15, 1941, by showing the
frontage and width of said lot to be only 50.feet rather than the

150 feet as in said original deed and Resolution erroneously stated*
and is further given to evidence compliance with the permissive

referendum provision of the Town Law. This Corrective Deed is
executed and delivered pursuant to a Resolution unanimously adopted .

by the Town Board of the Town of Ithaoa at a regular meeting duly. ,

called and held on the 7th day of September 1961. Notice of this
Resolution as being subject to permissive referendum.was duly published
in the Ithaoa Journal. on the 16th--day of September 1961, and on the
