Tyler by deed dated May 11, 1927 and recorded in Liber 214 of Deeds at page 185; running thence east along the north line of said Tyler parcel 400 feet to an iron stake in the west line of Catherine Street E (see deed to Town of Ithaca dated July 20, 1940 and recorded in Liber 257 of Deeds at page 12)1 thence north along the west line of Catherine Street 132 feet to a point at the southeast corner of premises conveyed to Samuel L—and Alice B. Being a portion of the premises conveyed by Catherine Raub Roat to James and Mary Xrizek by deed dated January 23, 1933, and recorded in Libor 231 of Deeds at page 171 and the first parcel Ifl described in the conveyance from James Krizek, widower, to James 0. `s Krizek, Jr. and Anna R.
