Roat', et al., to Samuel L. and Alice B. Boothroyd by deed recorded in Liber 214 of Deeds at page 410; running thence south along the east line of Blackstone Avenue about 215 feet to the north line of lands conveyed to Everett D. and Velma E. Markwardt by deed dated April 19, 1954 and recorded in Liber 367 of Deeds at page 10; running thence east along the north line of said Markwardt parcel 100 feet; thence north parallel with the east line of Blackstone Avenue about 215 feet to the south line of Roat Street; thence west along the south line of Roat Street 100 feet to the point or place of beginning. Being a portion of the premises conveyed to Robert S. Boothroyd and Viola C. Boothroyd by deed of James and "fiery Krizek, dated May 2, 1938 and recorded at Liber 247 of Deeds at page 419. The interest of Robert S. Boothroyd was conveyed to the grantor herin by deed dated 1 i I L 1 i 1 heft. 553 -A t 3U1 July 28, 1950 and recorded in Liber 334 of Deeds at Page 115. Any existing rights of way of New York State Gas and Electric Corporation for electric lines (see Liber 213 Deeds page 449), or of New York State Electric and Gas Corporation for electric lines (see Liber 230 Deeds page 178). 2. A gas pipe line easement dated July 13, 1950 and recorded November 17, 1950 to the New York State Electric and Gas Corporation recorded in Liber 337 of Deeds at page 227. 3. This'conveyance is made and accepted subject to the covenants running with the land as contained in an agreement between Catherine A. Roat, et al. dated August 1, 1927 and recorded in Liber 221 of Deeds at page 128, which agreement is hereby made a part hereof as if herein set out in full. 4.
