Walter J . Schwan ,Supervisor Andrew W .McElwee ,Councilman Noel Desch ,Councilman Victor Del Rosso ,Councilman Robert N .Powers ,Councilman ALSO PRESENTa James V . Buyoucos ,Town Attorney Lawrence P .Fabbroni ,Town Engineer Barbara Holcomb ,Planning Board Chairwoman Reynolds Metz ,Assistant Building Inspector John McQueen ,Legal Consultant Robert Parkin ,Highway Superintendent Catherine Valentino Beverly Livesay ,County Representative Robert Hamilton , 615 E .Lake Road ,Dryden Radio ,TV ,Press I I APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by Supervisor Schwan ; seconded by Councilman Powers , RESOLVED ,that the minutes of the meetings of February 3 ,101 March 10 and March 17 , 1975 be approved as presented . Unanimously carried . ACCEPTANCE OF BLACKST014E AVE : AS A TOWN ROAD Mr .Fabbroni reported that Blackstone Avenue is not com- pleted as yet to Town specifications ,but recommended its accept- ance based on the conditions outlined in the following resolution . Motion by Supervisor Schwan ; seconded by Councilman McElwee , RESOLVED ,that this Town Board hereby accepts Blackstone Avenue as a Town road subject to the following conditions : 1 ) that the acceptance date is to be the date the road is completed to the satisfaction of the Town Engineer and Town Highway Superintendent ; 2 ) installation of remaining utilities ; 3 ) receipt %of a retainer as security for the completion of the work and 4 ) acceptance of the deed by the Town Attorney . Unanimously carried . REZONING OF SHIPPOS LANDS - SCHEDULE PUBLIC HEARING Airs .Holcomb reported that the Planning Board held a pub - lic hearing on May 20 , 1975 to consider a request by Stephen J . and Marion Shippos to rezone lands at 611 Five Mile Drive Parcel No . 6 - 31 - 2 - 2 ) from Light Industrial to Residential . The Planning Board by resolution dated May 20 , 1975 recommended to the Town Board that the lands of Mr . Stephen J . Shippos west of the flood control channel ,but not including the 300 foot strip along Five
