as follows: MM CING at a nail in the center line of Ellis Hollow Road which
nail is N 650 55' 00" W, 707.60 feet along said center line of Ellis Hollow Road
from the division line of lards now or formerly of Full Service Development Co.
and Cornell University, which point of beginning is also N 650 55' 00" W, 707.60
feet from the southeast corner of lands conveyed by William S. Barnes by deed
dated December 27, 1968 and recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office in
Liber 479 of Deeds at Page 313; thence N 24° 05' 00" E 25 feet to a point in the
northerly right of way of said Ellis Hollow Road; thence in a northeasterly di-
rection on a curve to the right at a radius of 2761.24 feet and an arc distance:
of 532.73 feet to a point, passing through a pin set at 329.03 feet and a pipe at
489.88 feet; thence N 54° 52' W 60 feet to a point; thence in a southwesterly
direction on a curve to the left having a radius of 2821.24 feet and an arc dis-
tance of 544.31 feet to a pin set in the northerly right of way of Ellis Hollow
Road; thence S 24° 05' 00" W a distance of 25 feet to the center line of Ellis
Hollow Road; thence S 65° 55' 00" E along the center line of said Ellis Hollow
mad 60 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEIM a portion of the same premises conveyed to Snmmeshill Townhouse Apartments,
Grantor herein, by deed of Clivark Development Corporation dated June 11, 1980
and recorded June 19, 1980 in the Tenpkins County Clerk's Office in Liber 577 of
Deeds at Page 884.
The aforesaid premises are a portion of the 60 foot easement for ingress and
egress denoted as "Future Town Highway" as shown on a map of Weiler Associates
entitled "Division of Lands of Gruff Associates, Town of Ithaca, Tompkins County,
N.Y.", said map dated 9/23/76 and filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office in
Envelope 127 on 10/7/76.
THIS conveyance is intended to be a dedication of the property above described
for the use of said Town for a public roadway and is conveyed for that purpose.
SU&7FCT to any and all easements and rights of way of record as they may affect
the above described premises.
