ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Ithaca, County of Tompkins
and State of New York, as more particularly shown on the following survey maps:
Lots designated as Lots 321, 322, 323, 324, 325, 326, 327, 328, 329, 330, 331, 332, 333, 334, 335, 336,
337, 338, 339, and 340 as shown on a Survey Map entitled , "Lands of the Ithaca Land Company,
Ithaca, N.Y ." filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office on July 12, 1895 and as corrected and
refiled in said Clerk's Office on November 15, 1897 in Map Drawer 63;
Lot designated as Lot 21 as shown on the "Pearsall Subdivision Map of South Hill" made by Carl
Crandall, C.E. on August 20, 1925, and filed in said Clerk's Office.
TOGETHER with a right-of -way over Pearsall Place for ingress and egress to the above-described
premises as more fully set forth in the easement recorded in Liber 302 of Deeds at page 378.
BEING the same parcels as conveyed to the Grantor herein by the following two Deeds:
1. Deed dated November 15, 1974 from Ronald W. Apgar and Barbara Jean Apgar to Barbara
Jean Apgar and recorded November 18, 1974 in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Liber
356 of Deeds at page 265.
2. Deed dated November 15, 1974 from Ronald W . Apgar and Barbara Jean Apgar to Barbara
Jean Apgar and recorded November 18, 1974 in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Liber
356 of Deeds at page 268.
The above-named parcels are now known as 176 Pearsall Place, Town of Ithaca Tax Parcel
Number 54.-2-38.
