The above description is made in accordance with the surveyhereinabovementionedentitled"Final Plan Otto B.Schoenfeld Williams-burg Park Subdivision #3 Village of Cayuga Heights-Town of Ithaca"dated August 12,1968 made by Thomas G.Miller,Engineer and Surveyor 1
a copy of which is filed in said Clerk's Office on December 27,1968.
It is understood and agreed that the turn-around circle at thewesterlyextremityoftheabovedescribedroadparcelistemporaryandwillautomaticallyreverttoArthurA.Prince,his distributeesandassigns,at that time that the road system southerly through hispropertyisfurtherdevelopedandconveyedtotheTownofIthaca.
This road is known as the westerly extension of ChristopherCircle.Said street is apparently to be known as Christopher Lane.
