LAMBERT and JUDITH E. LAMBERT, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety, of 111 Stoddard Drive, North Attleboro, Maine, parties of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part, in consideration of one dollar ($1.00) lawful money of the United States, paid by the parties of the second part, do hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second part, and their distributees and assigns forever, ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Ithaca, County of Tompkins, New York on Military Lot 90 and bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the northern line of St. Catherine iLane marked by a pipe, which point also marks the south- westerly corner of the remaining lands of the grantors; thence JNorth 40000' West along the northerly line of St. Catherine Lane a distance of 115 feet to a point marked by an iron pipe; thence North 32000148" East a distance of 143.4 feet to a point marked by an iron pipe; thence South 62046146" East a total distance of 112.73 feet and passing through an iron pin to a ,point marked by an iron pipe; thence South 32°54'46" West along 'the westerly line of grantors' remaining land a distance of ;188.35 feet to the point of beginning. The premises described are shown on a map dated October 25, 1977 and made by Clarence W. Brashear, licensed land surveyor, no. 38194, entitled "TAPE CHECK, No. 311 St. Catherine Lane, Town of Ithaca, Tompkins Co.,'N.Y.", and recorded concurrently herewith. BEING the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by deed dated January 19, 1977 and recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Book 556 of Deeds at page 480. This conveyance is made and accepted subject to easements and restrictions of record, and the sewer line in place. This conveyance is made also subject to the restrictive covenants set out in a deed from Francis 0. Underwood and Irma H. Underwood to Arthur A. Prince dated June 1, 1959, and recorded on November 5, 1969 in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Book 422 of Deeds at page 508, which covenants the CHARL68 T.
