RESOLUTION 490 -TRICIA POST R TER AND SEWER PERMIT APPLICATIONS n Supervisor Kerr made the motion, seconded by Councilman McElwee, that Patricia Post, bookkeeper, be authorized to sign water/ �••, sewer permit/applications as of January 1, 1970. Carried. RESOLUTION 491 - BURLEIGH DRIVE 9ANDRA PLACE EXT. Mr. Harry Hamilton and Mrs. Otto Schoenfeld were present during discussion about the acceptance of these roads by the Town. Board reacted favorably. Councilman McElwee, seconded by Councilman Baker, moved that Town accept Burleigh Drive. It was further resolved to accept Sandra P1ace.Ext. subject to certification of road by Sup't of Highways, Marion Morey. )Carried. RESOLUTION 492 - CITY DUMP $6500.00 Fw�CZX Discussion by Board members - Former cost to Town was 15QO.00. City requests $6500.00 as of January 1, 1970. No present written constract. Since Collins Dump is closed, Town has to do something. Village contracts for use of City dump. Town is served by private contractors, that formerly provided their own dumps. It was pointed out that after June 1, 1970 County will be taxing all of us for county dump. Matter mu^t be re- solved regardless. Councilman Desch made the motion, seconded by Councilman McElwee, that we pay City $540.00 per month until county land dump fill is opened for operation. Carried.
