RESOLUTION 492 - CITY DUMP $6500.00
FwCZX Discussion by Board members - Former cost to Town was
15QO.00. City requests $6500.00 as of January 1, 1970. No
present written constract. Since Collins Dump is closed, Town
has to do something. Village contracts for use of City dump.
Town is served by private contractors, that formerly provided
their own dumps. It was pointed out that after June 1, 1970
County will be taxing all of us for county dump. Matter mu^t be re-
solved regardless. Councilman Desch made the motion, seconded by
Councilman McElwee, that we pay City $540.00 per month until
county land dump fill is opened for operation.
