• Attorney Walter Wiggins-Candlewyck Apartments -Streets
Mr. Wiggins appeared before the Board to appeal for Town
acceptance of the roads in the Candlewyck Apartments multiple
residence area. He stated that the developer had conformed to
town specifications in laying out the roads within its develop-
ment with the assumption that the Town would accept them as
"town roads". There are 77 families in this development. The
Board concluded that inasmuch as these short egress and ingress
roads aren't desirable they have no alternative but accept
them providing they meet town specifications. Mr. Wiggins was
instructed that the Town would need a deed for acceptance and
for Planning Board approval the 60 foot right-of-way would be
necessary before recommendation by Superintendent of Highways
and approval of acceptance by the Town Board. Mr. Wiggins
indicated he would take care of this immediately.
