They are considering the same property, except that the towers are moved to the north and the first tower will be located more than 1,000 ft. off the road, instead of 300 ft, as in the original plan. He indicated that if the towers were not moved too far from the original site, the FCC might approve the new location sooner. Councilman McElwee indicated that he still felt this was not the logical use for the property in a residential area. Mr. Buyoucos recommended that the Planning Bard go to work on the Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Newman indicated he would just like to know the feeling of the Board. Following opinions were expressed: Schwan - felt plan is reasonable provided they have enough sideyard. Baker - indicated he was for the new location provided we can take care of height as far as zoning ordinance is concerned. Cowan - Zoning Board of Appeals is only Board that can grant this variance. Noel Desch recommended that Mr. Francese and Mr. Buyoucos get together on wording of ordinance and have it ready for next meeting. RESOLUTION #596 17 MAPLEWOOD DR. & PINEWOOD PL.
