REQUEST FOR PUBLIC HEARING -REMAINING LANDS OF S.W. BARNES
The Town Board denied the request of Ben Boynton to schedule a
Public Hearing for the November meeting on the rezoning of the
remainder of S.W. Barnes property. The Board felt as long as
the Public Hearing was not yet held by the Planning Board it
would put undue duress on the Planning Board decision.
