The meeting was called to order at 7:20 p.m.
Supervisor Schwan said the purpose of the meeting was to consider
Mr. Anthony Leonardo's request for approval of Sesame Street, off
Danby Road. It is 390 feet long with a turn -around at the end. The
Supervisor reported he had a note from Marion Morey, Highway Superin-
tendent, that the road has been built to Town specifications and is in
satisfactory condition for acceptance. The Supervisor said water and
sewer is not installed as yet. Mr. Leonardo said he was waiting for
approval before putting in these services, The Supervisor noted that
a building permit could not be issued without water and sewer service
to the property.
Mr. Kroohs reported that Mr. Leonardo's plan has been approved, but
the pipe is not yet in the ground, but is on order, and that as soon
as it is delivered Mr. Leonardo' intends to install the service.
Mr. Kroohs said the Health Department approval is contingent upon
water and sewer service being connected. Mr. Leonardo said they would
like to get the foundation in and the roof on the house before bad
weather; that he has a prospect who wants to move in as soon as pos-
sible.
Motion by Supervisor Schwan; seconded by Councilman McElwee,
