Hewitt Town Clerk 7 7/8/68 AUGUST 12, 1968 At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca, Tompkins County, New York held at the Town Offices, 108 East Green Street, Ithaca, New York on the 12th day of August 1968, at 4 o'clock p.m. there were: PRESENT: Supervisor William B. Kerr, Councilmen Andrew W. McElwee, and Harry U. Baker. Also Present: Attorney James V. Buyoucos, Highway Superintendent Marion Morey, Zoning Officer David Cowan, Clerk Myrtie Hewitt, Lozier Engineer James Dunlap, Planning Board Chairman Noel Desch, Otto Schoenfeld, Attorney Harry Hamilton, Attorney Robert Grant, Leonard Liberman, Justice Hartsock, William Fransden, Reporters from Ithaca Journal, WTKO and WHCU. Leonard Liberman appeared before the Board with his attorney Robert !� Grant presenting map, petition and other pertinent data requesting ; f proceedings to form a sewer district on East Shore Drive and to be known as the East Shore Drive Sewer District. RESOLUTION 241 - EAST SHORE DRIVE SEWER DISTRICT Leonard Liberman Upon motion made by Supervisor Kerr, seconded by Councilman McElwee the board ordered a Public Hearing to be held at the regular meet- ing of the Town Board to be held September 9, 1968 at 4o'clock to consider petition and hear all persons interested for or against the establishment of a sewer district to be known as the East Shore Drive Sewer District. Duly adopted. RESOLUTION 242- OTTO SCHOENFELD-SIMSBURY DRIVE SUBDIVISION #3 Upon motion made by Supervisor Kerr, seconded by Councilman McElwee it was resolved that the map presented by Otto B. Schoenfeld and his attorney Harry Hamilton, dated August 12, 1968 and titled "Final.^ Plans -Otto B. Schoenfeld, Williamsburg Park -Subdivision #3 Simsbury Drive Development -Village of Cayuga Heights -Town of Ithaca" and the roads known as Simsbury Drive and Brandywine Road as shown thereon with the sewer and water mains therein be accepted and approved. It being understood that the road connecting the subdivision of Christopher Circle be completed to the specifications of the Town of Ithaca and be accepted as a Town Road at that time that the matter of the title of the easterly portion owned by Rocco Lucente is transferred to the Town of Ithaca. 8/12/68
