APPROVAL OF SHOF?IFELD LINFS
Mr. Frpnk Liguori of the Tompkins County Health Dept.
suggested that the town should file AnplicPtion Forms #4 and
#5 to ask for Health Depertment approval of Schoenfeld sewer
lines.
Fr. Otto Schoenfeld was present to discuss with the Town
Board rlans for future development and extensions of sewer
lines. Plans for the area were referred to Yr. James Dunlap
of Lozier's Inc. and rr. Dunlap was asked to notify P'r. Liguori
after he determines that the plans fit overall plans for sewer
development. Mr. Schoenfeld stated that in the future the
costs of engineering and construction of the lines would be
Included in the sale price of the lots and then the lines would
be deeded to the Town. Mr. Dunlep stated that the usual
procedure is that sub -division glans are filed showing road
profiles and plans for sanitary sewers and easements that might
be needed. These plans would be submitted to the Planning moped
and Town Board for approval. After construction is finished
the Town Board Pcting as the district would then accept the
severs. Fr. Schoenfeld and Yr. Hamilton both agreed thet their
understanding is that future sever mains would be built end
financed by Mr. Schoenfeld and then would be deeded to the District.
