Dear Mr. Kerrt
At the West Shore Association meeting on April
22nd questions were raised by members as to what could
be done to clean up the trash that gets thrown on the
Boulevard. It was pointed out that in one area garbage
cans get turned over and the unsightly contents are
left strewn along the road. Since this area is in the
Town of Ithaca the proposal was made to write to the
Ithaca Town Board to see if they had authority to do
something about it.
