TB Resolution 2022 - 011:Acknowledge commitment to cost sharing with the Town of Dryden for services provided by Barton & Loguidice, D.P.C. associated with the Game Farm Road Trail Crossing
Whereas, the Town entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Town of Dryden and Tompkins County to improve the Game Farm Trail Crossing, and
Whereas, the Town of Dryden and Town of Ithaca propose to share the costs of services needed as described in the Scope of Services in the Agreement to be signed by the Town of Dryden
and submitted for review, now therefore be it
Resolved that the Town Board acknowledges and commits to the cost sharing of said services provided by Barton & Loguidice, DPC not to exceed $7,715.00 for the Town of Ithaca’s share
