Resolved that the Town Board will hold a public hearing at their meeting on February 14, 2022at 5:30 p.m. to hear all interested parties on the proposed local law entitled “A Local Law
Adding Provisions Regarding Barns on Non-Farm Lots, Agritourism, and Seasonal Farm Lodging Facilities in the Agricultural Zone to Chapter 270, Zoning, of the Town of Ithaca Code”
