Resolved, that the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca hereby approves and/or adopts the following Consent Agenda items:
Approval of Town Board Minutes
Town of Ithaca Abstract
Bolton Point Abstract
Designate surplus equipment and authorize auctioning of same

Resolved, that the Town Board hereby approves the draft minutes of December 13th , October 7th, 2021 and January 10th and 24th, 2022,with non-substantial corrections suggested by the
Board made.
TB Resolution 2022 -026b: Town of Ithaca Abstract 3 for FY-2022Whereas the following numbered vouchers have been presented to the Ithaca Town Board for approval of payment; andWhereas
the said vouchers have been audited for payment by the said Town Board; now therefore be it Resolved that the governing Town Board hereby authorizes the payment of the said vouchers
in total for the amounts indicated.

Resolved, that the governing Town Board hereby authorizes the payment of the following audited vouchers:

Whereas, certain items have become surplus/no longer needed by the Town and a municipal online auction is held from time to time hosted by RTI auctions located in Geneseo, NY
Whereas, the Town wishes to put the following surplus equipment in an online auction:
(1) 2016 Gradall Excavator (Fleet # 48)
(1) 2013 Ford F450 (Fleet # 7)
(1) 2012 Ford E50 Van (Fleet #22)
Surplus breakroom tables and chairs
Surplus vehicle and equipment traction chains
now therefore be it;
Resolved, that the Town Board declares the above-described equipment to be surplus and no longer needed by the Town and authorizes them to be placed in an auction with the proceeds going
to the appropriate funds.
