TB Resolution 2022 - 034: Setting a public hearing regarding proposed amendments to Town of Ithaca Code, Chapter 270, Zoning, regarding new definitions for attached and detached dwelling
units and provisions for the placement of swimming pools
Resolved that the Town Board will hold a public hearing at its hybrid meeting on April 11, 2022, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at 215 N. Tioga St., Ithaca, and via ZOOM to hear all parties
interested in speaking for or against the proposed amendments to Town of Ithaca Code, Chapter 270, Zoning, regarding new definitions for attached and detached dwelling units and provisions
for the placement of swimming pools.
