TB Resolution 2022 - 037: Setting a public hearing regarding proposed changes to Town of Ithaca Code, Chapter 144, Energy Code Supplement
Resolved that the Town Board will hold a public hearing at its hybrid meeting on April 11, 2022, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at 215 N. Tioga St., Ithaca, and via ZOOM to hear all parties
interested in speaking for or against the proposed changes to Town of Ithaca Code, Chapter 144, Energy Code Supplement to align with NYS Law and to clarify and provide addition details
for various provisions.
