Resolved, that the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca approves and/or adopts the following Consent Agenda items:

Approval of Town of Ithaca Abstract
Approval of Bolton Point (SCLIWC) Vouchers
Acknowledge receipt of Town Court outside audit
Approval of lease renewal – TC Health Consortium - Pulled
Appointment of Christine Jung to the Codes & Ordinances Committee

Resolved that the Town Board acknowledges receipt of the independent audit report for 2021 Town Courts.
TB Resolution 2022 – 040f: Appointment of Christine Jung to Codes & Ordinances Committee
Resolved that Christine Jung is hereby appointed to the Codes & Ordinances Committee as the representative from the Zoning Board of Appeals

Pulled Item - Discussion on contract details and pricing. Mitigating factors are the Town is a member of the Consortium, they need a fiber connection to the County, it is in the basement,
they hope it is temporary and this is for one year only, reevaluate next year.
TB Resolution 2022 – 040e: Renewal of lease of Town Hall space to the Greater Municipal Health Consortium (Consortium)
Resolved that the Town Board renews the 2021-2022 lease with the Consortium with no changes for a term of April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023.
