TB Resolution 2022 - 074: Adoption of the Town of Ithaca’s Water/Sewer High Consumption Refund Policy
Whereas the need for a policy regarding water/sewer high consumption refund requests was identified by the Town and subsequently discussed at the Public Works Committee, Personnel and
Organization Committee and the Town Board, and
Whereas a draft policy and associated local laws to amend the Town of Ithaca Code were reviewed by the various committees and recommended to the Town Board for action, now, therefore,
be it
Resolved that the Town Board approves and adopts the Town of Ithaca’s Water/Sewer High Consumption Refund Policy and associated forms.
