TB Resolution 2022 - 075: Adoption of Local Law 9 of 2022; “Amending Provisions Related to Billing Errors and Refunds in Chapter 210, Sewer Rents, of the Town of Ithaca Code
Whereas revisions to the Town of Ithaca Code, Chapter 210, Sewer Rents, were necessary to incorporate the Town’s Water/Sewer High Consumption Refund Policy guidelines, and
Whereas a duly advertised public hearing was held on May 9, 2022 to hear public comments on the proposed local law, and
Whereas pursuant to the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (“SEQRA”) and its implementing regulations at 6 NYCRR Part 617, adoption of said local law is a Type II Action
because adoption of said local law constitutes routine or continuing agency administration and management, not including new programs or major reordering of priorities that may affect
the environment, now, therefore, be it
Resolved that the Town Board adopts Local Law 9 of 2022, entitled “A Local Law Amending Provisions Related to Billing Errors and Refunds in Chapter 210, Sewer Rents, of the Town of Ithaca
Code” as presented.
