TB Resolution 2022-097: Amending the Noise Permit issued on May 9, 2022, to correct an incorrect date
Resolved that this Board waives the need for an application and public hearing due to extenuating circumstances, that being an inaccuracy in the application for the Reggae Fest on June
24th where the correct date was June 11th, and be it further
Resolved that this Board amends the existing Noise Permit for Special Events granted to Ithaca Beer on May 9th to rescind the event on June 24th and grant the event on June 11th, and
be it further
Resolved that Dan Mitchell shall attempt to reengage communication channels with the neighborhood and the Town will send notification of the change and the scheduled public hearing for
an additional event on June 18th to the neighborhood as is standard.
