TB Resolution 2022 - 101: Authorization for an appraisal to be conducted on a portion of the property of George and Traci Sheldrake abutting the Town’s Public Works Facility
Whereas the Town Board is interested in purchasing a strip of land abutting the Public Works Facility from the Sheldrakes, and the next step is to get an appraisal, now therefore be
it
Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to execute an agreement with a licensed appraisal service, not to exceed $5,000, to continue the process and inform the Board
on the possible value and purchase of said property.
