TB Resolution 2022 - 102: Approval and Authorization of a Partial Bond Redemption from Fund Balances
Whereas, the Town Budget Committee has recommended the Town use $461,000 in available Highway Part-Town fund balance to redeem the road improvement portion of the Series 2015 Bonds prior
to maturity, and
Whereas, the road improvement portion of the Series 2015 Bonds are callable on October 15, 2022 at par, now therefore be it
Resolved, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to use available Highway Part-Town fund balances as described, and the Finance Officer is authorized to make any necessary budget
adjustments for same, to call the road improvement portion of the Series 2015 Bonds on October 15, 2022, and be it further
Resolved, that the Town cause to be filed a Notice of Early Redemption with the Depository Trust Company and post such Notice on the Electronic Municipal Market Access website of the
Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board.
