TB Resolution 2022 – 105: Adopt Consent Agenda
Resolved, that the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca hereby approves and/or adopts the following Consent Agenda items:
Approval of Town Board Minutes
Approval of Town of Ithaca Abstract
Approval of Bolton Point Abstract
Ratify appointment of Clerk of the Board – CTCMHIC
Ratify appointment of Information Aide – BP/SCLIWC
Ratify appointment of Laborers – Smith and Weber
Approval of 1Q Budget transfers

TB Resolution 2022 - 105a: Approval of Town Board Minutes
Resolved, that the Town Board hereby approves the draft minutes of May 9 and June 7with non-substantial corrections suggested by the Board made.
TB Resolution 2022 - 105b: Town of Ithaca Abstract 11 for FY- 2022
Resolved that the Town Board authorizes the payment of the following audited vouchers in total for the amounts indicated.

TB Resolution 2022-105d: RatifyAppointment of Clerk of the Boardfor GTCMHIC.
Whereas, the Executive Committee of the Greater Tompkins County Municipal Health Insurance Consortium(GTCMHIC) on June 1, 2022, approved the appointment of Lynne Sheldon to the title
of Clerk of the Board, effective, June 6, 2022; now, therefore be it
Resolved, the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca does hereby ratify GTCMHIC’s appointment ofLynne Sheldon to the title of Clerk of the Board, effective, June 6, 2022, at the hourly wage
of $32.00 with full time benefits.
TB Resolution 2022-105e: Ratify Appointment of Information Aide at SCLIWC.
Whereas, the Southern Cayuga Lake Intermunicipal Water Commission on June 9, 2022, appointed Heidi McCann to the title of Information Aide, effective, June 13, 2022; now, therefore be
it
Resolved, the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca does hereby ratify SCLIWC’s appointment of Heidi McCann to the title of Information Aide, effective, June 13, 2022, at the hourly wage
of $20.65, in Job Classification 1, with full time benefits.
TB Resolution 2022 – 105f: Ratify Appointment of Laborers
Whereas there are two vacancies in the full-time position of Laborer for the Public Works Department due to internal promotions and resignations; and
Whereas the Interview Committee interviewed eleven (11) candidates for the position and conducted five (5) second interviews; and
Whereas the Committee has determined that Lloyd Smith and Benjamin Weber possess the necessary knowledge and skills to satisfactorily perform the duties of Laborer; and
Whereas Joe Slater, Director of Public Works/ Highway Superintendent, appointed Lloyd Smith as Laborer, effective May 22, 2022, and Benjamin Weber as Laborer, effective June 13, 2022;
now, therefore be it
Resolved the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca does hereby ratify the appointments made by the Director of Public Works/ Highway Superintendent of Lloyd Smith as Laborer, effective May
22, 2022, and Benjamin Weber as Laborer, effective June 13, 2022; and be it further
Resolved the position is at 40 hours per week, at the hourly wage of $21.58, which is an estimated annual salary of $44,886 from Public Works account numbers, in Job Classification “I”,
with full time benefits; and be it further
Resolved a mandatory twenty-six (26) week probationary period applies with no further action by the Town Board if there is successful completion of the probationary period as determined
by the Director of Public Works/ Highway Superintendent.
TB Resolution 2022 -105g: Approval of Budget Transfers, Amendments and Modifications forthe Quarter Ending March 31, 2022.
Whereas, the Town Finance Officer has reviewed all budgetary revenue and appropriation accounts for the quarter ending March 31, 2022, and proposes the following transfers, amendments
