Resolvedthat the Ithaca Town Boardwill hold Public Hearings on July 11, 2022 during their meeting which begins at 5:30 p.m., local time,held virtually by the ZOOM platform, accessed
atwww.zoom.com or by calling 929-436-2866 and entering the Meeting ID 9891 095 8241,regarding the adoption of proposed local laws:
To override the tax levy limit established in General Municipal Law §3-c, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2023and ending December 31, 2023, and
Amending Chapter 239 of the Town of Ithaca Code, “Taxation”, updating income tables for§239-2AGrant of exemption (Senior Citizens with Limited Income) and §239-12 Grant of exemption;
conditions (Certain Disabled Persons with Limited Income)
Comments may be submitted prior to the public hearing via mail to 215 N. Tioga St, Ithaca, or email at Clerks@Town.Ithaca.NY.USor during the public hearings. All interested parties
will be heard regarding the proposed local laws.
