TB Resolution 2022- 124: Authorizing the Supervisor to sign an Agreement with the Finger Lakes Land Trust to Support theEmerald Necklace Gateway Access Project
Whereas, the Town Board discussed the request for support of the Emerald Necklace Gateway Project (ENG) from the Finger Lakes Land Trust at its July 11th and August 8th meetings, and
Whereas, the Town Board believes the ENG will significantly benefit town residents and goals as stated in the Town Mission and Vision Statements, now therefore be it
Resolved, that the Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to sign an Agreement with the Finger Lakes Land Trust for monetary support of the Emerald Necklace Gateway Access Project,
not to exceed $30,000.
