Resolved, that the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca hereby approves and/or adopts the following Consent Agenda items:
Approval of Town of Ithaca Abstract
Approval of Bolton Point Abstract
Consider setting public hearing regarding SCLIWC Budget
Appointment of ZBZ member - Apker

Resolved that the Town Board will hold a public hearing at its September 12, 2022 meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. regarding the preliminary Southern Cayuga Lake Intermunicipal Water Commission
2023 Budget, at which time the public may be heard concerning the same.

Whereas the interview committee interviewed Mark Apker, 132 N. Sunset Drive for the open position of Regular Member on the Zoning Board of Appeals and recommendshis appointment to the
