Whereas, this Action is the removal and disposal of an existing above ground 6,000-gallon dual compartment tank, wood canopy, and appurtenances; and construction/installation of an underground,
8,000-gallon dual compartment tank, metal roof canopy, and associated appurtenances at Location 4 as identified in the “Public Works Facility Fueling Station Design Project” Engineering
Report, dated October 2022; and
Whereas this is an Unlisted Action for which the Town of Ithaca Town Board, acting in an uncoordinated environmental review with respect to the project, now therefore be it
Resolved that the Town Board makes a negative determination of environmental significance, in accordance with the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act for the above-referenced
Action as proposed, based on the information in the SEAF Part 1, and for the reasons set forth in Parts 2 and 3.
