Resolved that the Town Board will hold a public hearing at it Year End meeting, held at 11:00
a.m. on December 28, 2022 at Town Hall, 215 N. Tioga St and broadcast via ZOOM for residents’ convenience, regarding a proposed local law a proposed local law Amending Chapter 125 of
the Town of Ithaca Code, Titled “Building Construction and Fire Prevention,” to Conform Chapter 125 With New York State Requirements for Administration and Enforcement of New York State
Fire Uniform Code and Energy Code, at which time all persons wishing to be heard regarding the adoption of the local law will be heard.Moved: Rich DePaoloSeconded: Bill Goodman
