TB Resolution 2023 - 017: Setting a public hearing regarding a proposed local law amending Town of Ithaca Code Chapter 270 to add an Inlet Valley Overlay District
Resolved that the Town Board will hold a public hearing at their meeting on February 13, 2023, Town Boardroom, 215 N. Tioga St., Ithaca, which begins at 5:30 p.m. for the purpose of
hearing public comment regarding a proposed local law amending Town of Ithaca Code Chapter 270 to add an Inlet Valley Overlay District. At which time and place all persons interested
in speaking shall be heard. The draft local law and links to live broadcasts are available on the Town’s website.
