TB Resolution 2023 – 032: Authorization to proceed with purchase negotiations associated with approximately 48 acres on Elmira Road for the future expansion of the Gateway Trail using
Open Space Funds.
Resolved that the Town Supervisor is authorized to proceed with purchase negotiations and execute any and all necessary documents associated with the purchase, up to $400,000 from the
Open Space Account, for approximately 48 acres on Elmira Road in anticipation of the future expansion of the Gateway Trail for the benefit of town residents.
