Resolved that the Town Board will hold a public hearing at its meeting on March 13, 2023 at Town Hall, 215 N. Tioga St., beginning at 5:30 p.m. regarding a proposed local law amending
Chapter 270, Zoning, to amend certain zoning district regulations associated with detached garage/accessory building size and height, at which time all persons interested in the proposed
legislation will be heard.
