Whereas, the Personnel & Organization Committee has reviewed the draft Fee Reduction Policy and recommended its approval by the Town Board; now, therefore be it
Resolved, the Town Board hereby approves the Code Enforcement Department Fee Reduction Policy as submitted, effective immediately.
