TB Resolution 2023 - 062: Set a public hearing regarding a local law amending Town of Ithaca Code, Chapter 250, Article III, entitled “Parking; Stop and Yield Intersections” to add the
placement of a yield sign at the intersection of Calkins Rd and Inlet Valley Dr
Resolved that the Town Board will hold a public hearing at its meeting on April 10, 2023, which begins at 5:30 p.m., at Town Hall, 215 N. Tioga St. on a proposed local law amending Town
of Ithaca Code, Chapter 250, Article III, entitled “Parking; Stop and Yield Intersections” to add the placement of a yield sign at the intersection of Calkins Rd and Inlet Valley Dr.,
at which time all persons interested in addressing the Board on the proposed local law will be heard. The draft local law is available on the Towns website at www.town.ithaca.ny.us
