TB Resolution 2023 - 065: Adoption of Local Law9 of 2023, amending Chapter 250, Vehicles and Traffic, to add a yield sign at the intersection of Calkins Rd and Inlet Valley Way
Whereas, a duly called, publicized and held public hearing was held regarding the proposed local law amending Chapter 250, Vehicles and Traffic, to add a yield sign on Calkins Rd immediately
southeast of its intersection with Inlet Valley Way to hear interested persons on the proposed local law; now, therefore be it
Resolved that the Town Board approves and adopts Local Law 9 of 2023, amending Chapter 250, Vehicles and Traffic, to add a yield sign at the intersection of Calkins Rd and Inlet Valley
Way.
