TB Resolution 2023 –108: Authorization to sign a letter of engagement with Chalifoux Law, P.C., for services associated with securing easements related to the Forest Home Pump Station
Project.
Resolved that the Town Board approves the Letter of Engagement as submitted by Chalifoux Law, P.C. for services associated with securing easements related to the Forest Home Pump Station
Project, in an amount not to exceed $5,000 and the Town Supervisor is authorized to execute same.
