TB Resolution 2023 –135: Adoption of a revised Videoconferencing Public Body Meeting Participation Policy
Whereas Gov. Hochul signed Chapter 58 of the Laws of 2023 which necessitated a revision to the Videoconferencing Public Body Meeting Participation Policy (Policy), and
Whereas the Personnel and Operations Committee reviewed the draft changes to the Policy and recommended approval by the Town Board, now, therefore be it
Resolved that the Town Board hereby adopts the revised Videoconferencing Public Body Meeting Participation Policy, effective immediately.
