Resolved that the Town Board approves and authorizes the Town Supervisor to sign an agreement with BlocPower, LLC to apply for NYSEG economic development incentives for air source heat
pumps at the Ithaca Area Wastewater Treatment Facility (IAWWTF), subject to review by the Attorney for the Town.
