Resolved that the Town Board adopts the following consent agenda items:

Southern Cayuga Lake Intermunicipal Water Commission (Bolton Point) Abstract
Moved: Margaret Johnson Seconded: Rod Howe
Vote: ayes – Johnson, Howe, Levine, Goodman and Bleiwas
TB Resolution 2023 – 165a: Town of Ithaca Abstract No. 19 for FY-2023
Resolved that the Town Board hereby authorizes the payment of the following audited vouchers in total for the amounts indicated:
