Resolved that the Town Board appoints Pat Leary to the Ethics Board with a term beginning October 17, 2023 through December 31, 2028.

Resolved, that this Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Finance Officer to record all budget transfers, amendments, and modifications, including all other changes deemed appropriate
and necessary.
TB Resolution2023 – 175e: Approve Permanent Appointment of Administrative Assistant II -Codes
Whereas, Emily Banwell was provisionally appointed as Administrative Assistant II for the Code Enforcement Department on April 3, 2023, pending the next civil service exam; and
Whereas, the Tompkins County Civil Service office has provided the certificate of eligible listing for the said title and Emily Banwell was a reachable candidate; now, therefore be it
Resolved, the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca does hereby approve the permanent appointment of Emily Banwell to the position of Administrative Assistant II in the Code Enforcement
Department with no change in current compensation or benefits, retro-active to September 25, 2023; and be it further
Resolved, a twenty-six (26) week probationary period applies with no further action by the Town Board if there is successful completion of the probationary period as determined by the
Director of Code Enforcement.
TB Resolution 2023–175f: Ratify Appointment of Electrical Mechanical Technician at SCLIWC
Whereas, the Southern Cayuga Lake Intermunicipal Water Commission on October 5, 2023, appointed Stephen Simolo to the title of Electrical Mechanical Technician, effective September 25,
2023; now, therefore be it
Resolved, the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca does hereby ratify SCLIWC’s appointment of Stephen Simolo to the title of Electrical Mechanical Technician, effective September 25, 2023,
at the hourly wage of $26.37, in Job Classification 5B, with full time benefits.
TB Resolution 2023 -175g: Acknowledge receipt of Annual Conservation Easements
Resolved that the Town Board acknowledges receipt of the Annual Conservation Easements Inspections of/on the following properties: the Laughing Goat Fiber Farm, the Indian Creek Farm
and Maria Mendez
